		<description><![CDATA[This surprised me. I thought they&#039;d wait two or three days to make sure the freezing (or whatever) problem wasn&#039;t going to reoccur. I&#039;m kind of proud of these guys. They had a non-trivial malfunction, recovered from it, and are going to make the delivery less than 24 hours late. Not bad when you are dealing with orbital mechanics.]]></description>
