Most people, had they co-founded PayPal, would have been content to rest on their laurels. That he has devoted himself to the expansion of humanity into space is to his incalculable credit. As Robert Heinlein said “Once you are in Low Earth Orbit” you are half way to anywhere in the Solar System”.
