I have a similar company: Aurora Aerospace. I met with Space Florida but didn’t get anywhere either. I guess they already had someone on the “inside track”. I’m in Florida, am a physician and offer space training and jet flights. We are open for training: check us out: http://www.aurora-aerospace.com
It would have been nice to get funding from Space Florida, but we did it on our own!

Embry Riddle Aeronautical University isn’t exactly snow white. OCP was on the road in 2006 touting space flight training and guess who they talked to but were dismissed by. I seem to recall something about stones and glass houses.
