		<description><![CDATA[Report is interesting.  I concur with the overall jist of it, though the urgency isn&#039;t quite there yet.  

I can&#039;t forsee a lot of movement towards new private space regulations at the FAA before 2010.  

We need to get a some more suborbital flights going before we try to regulate too much.  It&#039;s likely that the 2010 &quot;free ride&quot; given by the FAA will need to be extended a few years before some new regulations are required.  In the meantime, groups like the IAASS and ICAO can keep pressing forward and laying the ground work for best practices and lessons learned.]]></description>
